MediMizer Online uses cookies for settings that allow you to log in or make service requests.

- User Rights and Control:
- Access and Control: Data in MediMizer Software is under the control of your administrators. MediMizer software does not have fields to store “personal” data but the employee's name, work phone, work email and mobile phone can be stored. Ask your administrator what data is stored.
- Customer data for billing and account management: MediMizer maintains information for these purposes: Release Notices, Webinar Notices, Training Notices, Email Dev Polls, Email Specials, Event Notices, Renewal Notices, Invoices. These apply to customers. Customer staff can opt in and out of these notices. We will maintain contacts necessary for billing and legal means such as licensing.
- Prospect data for marketing and post contact. After we are given permission to contact you, we will keep name, department, title, email and phone number until we have been asked to remove them or for 7 years post inactivity. We will stop contacting you when you ask us to. We will maintain data necessary to provide evidence of previous requests and offers.
- GDPR Rights (EEA residents): Rights include access, rectification, objection, restriction, and withdrawal of consent.
- PHI, PII or PCI: Note that MediMizer products are not intended to store PHI, PII or PCI. Patient data should never be entered in MediMizer products. When entering your employee data, use only their name, department, title, work phone and work email as required to perform tasks. When doing business with you, our policies are firm that credit card information is never retained. We enter your card number into Intuit Merchant Services one time and retain only the last 4 digits and amount paid. We have no use for and do not store personal data unless you provide it to use for business purposes. Our sales are business-to-business.
